Its patented design will produce a high water volume and a wide path of water current. Unlike the typical narrow stream flow of a conventional pump, the Seio™ water pump creates gentle flows combined energy efficiency and high power factor.
The Seio™ water pump keeps your energy bill low and your aquarium cool. The turbine rotor and repetive design creates a pump with the best water flow to power consumption ratio of any water pump on the market today.
Features include ceramic shaft, ceramic bearings and pump made of durable high impact plastic makes the pump reliable and long lasting. The compact, thermally protected pump mounts horizontally or vertically and can be used in either fresh or saltwater aquarium.
The Seio™ Electronic Controller will vary the current on two Seio™ water pumps. Unlike wave makers or timers, the Seio™ Electronic Controller keeps the pumps running at all times and will ramp the pumps up from 30% flow to 100% flow then back down. It has the ability to set the time cycles that best suit your aquatic habitat and time delay buttons for feeding. Seio™ Electronic Controller is a complete water movement system that no aquarium should be without.

A GREAT alternative to Tunze.
These pumps are powerful and controlable, with a lower price point compared to a Tunze.
Seio has high low setting, Tunze has a % to total and more controlable
Seio controllers push 2 units, Tunze pushes 4 and you can splice lines with adaptor to controll 8 units
Seio has 2 feed options, 8 or 16 minutes, Tunze has only 1
Seio controllers have 1 option, switching between High and Lowe with adjustable times, Tunze has a vast amount of choices, pulse, high low, rotating, and much more.
I am useing 4 units with 2 controllers on a 125 tall sps system, and my corals love this flow. using the controller in 8 minutes settings 1 pair is on high while the other is on low. A great set-up.
While Seio does not provide as much control as the Tunze this is a great alternative and a great price point. It is my plan to use the Seio over the Tunze on my 180 set-up do to the performance to price point.
