Product ReviewsOverall Rating: ariel waitzman (Hobbyist) on Saturday 22 November, 2008 Product Rating: Review: Good high flow powerhead for the price. I had 2 k-4s that worked perfectly for around 1 year then I replaced them with a polario. However I bought a K-1 to get some extra flow in one area and it quit afer 2 months - but it was near the bottom and perhaps got substrate sucked into it too much. The k-4s ran quiet and consistenly - I never tried them on a wavemaker. They do put out good flow, but as reported elsewhere, the flow is in a V pattern and not uniform.
