Cup Coral (MONTIPORA)

Overall Rating:
MONTIPORA. 18"x9"x12".

Nature's Image artificial corals are exact replicas of corals from coral reefs around the world. Nature's Reef corals are found in many public aquariums and private collections around the world where dead corals skeletons are no longer used.

Nature's Image Coral Replica Details:
  • Made of special high-grade polyurethane. Completely safe for livestock and water quality in both freshwater and saltwater aquariums.
  • Can be placed in the aquarium immediately, there is no curing time. Of course, a freshwater rinse to remove dust or residue is advisable.
  • Are not painted or dyed; the color of the piece is solid throughout.
  • UV color stabilized, allowing for 95% color retention over years of exposure to sunlight and aquarium lights
  • Can be cleaned. A gentle scrubbing with a soft toothbrush works well. Pieces can be soaked in a 50% - 50% bleach and water solution. Be sure to rinse thoroughly with water before returning to tank.

Review:
This coral is the center peice of my 180 gal. aquarium. It is absolutely stunning and everyone who comes over comments on how beautiful it is. It is currently host to two benggai cardinals and two blue-green chromis. Our baby porcupine puffer also enjoys hiding out behind it. It looks best propped more vertically, rather than flat on the base. All of my sunthetic coral is from Nature's Image. It is easy to clean (requiring no bleach with regular tank cleanings) and the quality is excellent. Very realistic.
